Road biking in the Aravis Mountains The Aravis mountain range sits in the Haute Savoie department of France. The surrounding roads and cols attract keen road cyclists wishing to conquer the climbs and passes, which provide the drama for the Tour de France, as well as recreational cyclists looking to enjoy the charming villages and stunning views which make-up the backdrop to the Tour.

We have a wide selection of routes starting and finishing at the door of the Aravis Lodge. Each ride heads off in a different direction, allowing you to experience the wide range of landscapes the area has to offer. Each of our routes has variations to enable you to match the level of difficulty of the ride to your needs.

As with the Mountain biking minibus support is available - we can drop you off or turn up at pre arranged spots for a welcome refreshment break, or to pick you up if your legs just can’t take any more pedaling!
